Having natural antibacterial properties makes African black soap an excellent alternative to chemical-laden cleansers and may remove more bacteria than chemical cleansers. Despite its strength, black soap is gentle enough to use on your face.
Although African black soap is gentle enough for your face, it may be too harsh for daily use and may cause skin to become sensitive, irritated, or overly dry since the soap is drawing the impurities from your skin.
It is best to use African black soap 2 – 3 times per week and follow up with a good moisturizer.
The Infused West African Black Soap has additional Castor Oil, Avocado Oil and Aloe Oil to rehydrate your skin and replenish it from the toxins and oils that have been removed from the soap itself.
Following up with a moisturizer is still recommended.
